Press Release: “The Annual Review” Opens at Quogue Gallery

A new exhibition, “The Annual Review,” will be on view at the Quogue Gallery from October 1 to November 16, 2015, with an opening reception scheduled on Saturday, October 10, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the gallery at the corner of Jessup Avenue and Quogue Street.

“The Annual Review” is a survey show of artists who have had exhibitions at the Quogue Gallery since it opened in the summer of 2014.

Press Release: Marshall Crossman: “Water’s Edge”

Opening Reception: August 22, 4 – 7 p.m.

Quogue Gallery is pleased to present “Water’s Edge,” paintings by Marshall Crossman, a contemporary painter based in Pacifica, California, on the coast south of San Francisco. Primarily a studio painter working in oil on canvas, Crossman headed west in 1997 after growing up in the dead center of the country in Omaha, Nebraska, equally beyond reach of Pacific and the Atlantic. It is the Bay Area—both the physical surroundings and the artistic climate—that has informed her body of work.
